Welcome to Hanney Chapel |
We meet at Hanney Chapel every Sunday morning at 10:30am. During the service the "Explorers" group is held for 4 to 11 year olds and a crèche is available for the younger ones. Services will also be held each Sunday evening at 6:00pm.
All of these meetings are open to everyone and suitable for all ages. All of them are designed to bring relevant Bible teaching and an opportunity to worship God together.
An induction loop system is operated for those hard-of-hearing.
Hearing aids should be switched to the "T" or telephone position.
On Wednesdays at 7:30pm we meet for Bible Study and Prayer. The 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month are held at the Chapel, the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays in members homes (or as announced).
On the 1st Thursday of each month at 10:30am the “Lunch & Listen ” group meets. This is open to all and offers a time of informal fellowship with a brief talk, followed by lunch together.
Children’s Activities
Also on Thursdays, 6:00pm to 7:30pm, “Jumpstart” a club for 6 – 10 year olds is held during term-time. Evenings include games, stories, activities, Bible talks and refreshments.
The Friday Club, 7:30pm to 9:00pm, operates during term-time and is for 10 – 15 year olds, normally meeting in the Chapel. Evenings may include snooker and table tennis, craft or sport activities, as well as a short time of Bible based teaching or discussion and refreshments.
